Dining RoomMax 20 persons permitted until 23/11/20 then Max 40 persons permitted. A refundable security deposit of $200 is payable to the building manager prior to the commencement of a dining room booking. If at the conclusion of the use of these areas the caretaker determines that the cleaning is unsatisfactory, the Owners Corporation may deduct the cleaning costs from the security deposit and further recover any shortfall from the proprietor or occupier of the lot.

BBQ 1Booking of BBQ 1, located at the Gym End of the courtyard. Area must be left clean at the end of the booking otherwise cleaning charges will be applied and charged to the resident.

BBQ 2Booking of BBQ 2, being the middle BBQ in the courtyard. Area must be left clean at the end of the booking otherwise cleaning charges will be applied and charged to the resident.

BBQ 3Booking of BBQ 3, located at the Doncaster Road End of the courtyard. Area must be left clean at the end of the booking otherwise cleaning charges will be applied and charged to the resident.
